The Mahamevnawa Meditation Centre Scotland is a registered non-profitable charity dedicated to sharing the timeless teachings of the Buddha. We are completely self-supporting and run solely through the kindness and generosity of your donations. Your contributions allow the Centre to continue its spiritual programs, community outreach, and the provision of a peaceful sanctuary for meditation.
Since the monastery relies fully on the care of the community, we as lay followers carry the responsibility of supporting its daily needs. This month, the monastery faces urgent expenses totaling £7,200, while the available funds amount to only £3,200. We can contribute to covering the remaining amount in the following ways:

- Senasun Pooja – To cover the monastery’s loan instalments.
- Aloka Pooja – For electricity and water bills.
- Sanghopasthana Pooja – For the monks’ visa, health, and transportation expenses.
